1. Treat Every Gun As Though Its Loaded!
2. Never Point A Gun At Anything You're Not Prepared To Shoot!
3. Always Be Sure Of Your Target And What Is Behind It!
4. Keep Your Finger Off The Trigger Until Your Sights Are On The Target!

GENERAL RULES

1. This is a family membership that includes you, your spouse, and all your children under the age of 18 only.

2. The club is for members only except during special events.

3. Lock the gate behind you as you come in and as you leave except during special events and on meeting nights.

4. No fully automatic weapons are to be fired on club grounds.

5. No alcoholic beverages shall be consumed prior to or during range use.

6. No illegal substances shall be possessed or used at any time.

7. No hunting on club grounds.

8. Club property shall not be removed from club grounds.

9. Anyone destroying club property should be reported to any of the club officers or directors in strict confidence.

10. Anyone caught breaking club rules will be reprimanded.

11. Membership cards must be worn at all times when shooting on ranges.

12. Shoot only on designated ranges.

13. Do not shoot cans or bottles, etc.

14. Always make sure range areas are clear before firing or going down-range.

15. Remove your targets from range when through shooting.

16. Shooting hours are legal hunting hours which are one half hour before sunrise and one half hour after sunset. (NO SHOOTING AFTER DARK WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SCHEDULED EVENTS).

17. All shooting from firing line only.


Anderson County Sportsman’s Club is a volunteer based organization and as such your member experience will only be enhanced if you actively participate in scheduled events including work sessions. REMEMBER, THIS IS YOUR CLUB!
