ACSC Membership Information

Our club charter limits membership to 400 so we have discontinued accepting applications for new memberships as well as renewals from past members. The last opportunity to renew or join this year was on January 14th. New membership applications will not be considered again until January of 2011.

from January 1st until membership is full we will be accepting renewals from people who were members in 2009, 2008 or 2007. You can download a renewal form and bring it by the clubhouse on Saturday, January 9th between 11am and 3pm or mail it in as long as it is received before January 12th. We will begin accepting new members at the General Membership Meeting on January 14th and that may be the last opportunity to renew or join this year so don't delay.

Remember: we must receive your renewal before membership is full or we can not accept it for 2010. Our charter limits us to 400 regular members and once we reach that number we must discontinue accepting both renewals and new members.

As of October 1st, 2009, we are now accepting renewals for 2010. Current members may renew by mail or by attending a Club meeting on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month. To renew please download the 2010 Membership Renewal Form. You can then fill it out and either bring it to a meeting or mail it in before the end of the year. Don't delay - our membership is now full but if anyone doesn't renew by the end of the year then we will begin accepting new members in January.

. Member may be accompanied by spouse and children
. Limited use of ranges without additional fees
. Eligibility to compete in any club sponsored event
. Reduced competition entry fees for select events

Membership Requirements
* Be upstanding members of the community.
* Maintain membership with the NRA.
* Obey the regulations and by-laws of the club
* Obey the rules and regulations of the ranges.

Junior Memberships
* Persons under the age of eighteen may apply for Junior Memberships.
* Junior Membership applications must be sponsored by a current adult member.
* Junior members may use the facility whenever accompanied by their sponsor or other adult member.
* Junior Memberships may not be transferred or used by anyone other than the junior member.
* Junior memberships expire on December 31st of each year.
* Membership application / renewal by mail is now available (see link at end of page).
* Junior Memberships cost $5.00 annually.

Regular Memberships
* Annual memberships expire on December 31st of each year
* Each member should renew their membership prior to expiration
* The Club By-Laws limit regular memberships to 400 members
* After December 31st, the remaining annual memberships will be made available to interested parties on a first come first serve basis
*The front gate and club house locks change on January 1st

Membership Renewal
* At the ACSC Clubhouse each Saturday in January from 11am until 3pm
* Membership renewal for 2008 by mail is now available.

Membership in ACSC is very affordable.
- The Annual Membership dues are only $75.00
- New members pay an additional one-time orientation Fee of $50.00
- Note: NRA Annual Membership required (approximately $35.00)
So, you can now join for a total cost of only $160 (including NRA dues)
