The 2009 Gun of the Month tickets are now available. Ticket cost is $25.00 and can be purchased at club meetings or from club members. Only 400 tickets will be sold. Drawings for the 2009 Gun of the Month will be held during the General Membership meetings from February through September. The winning ticket of each monthly drawing will be put back into the pot for the remaining guns.

Here's the list of pistols, rifles, and shotguns that can be chosen by our monthly winner of the February through August drawing:
* Ruger Charger Pistol
* Mossberg 590 Tactical Shotgun
* Taurus 24/7 Pro .40 Cal S&W 4"
* Charter Arms .357 2.5"
* Kel-Tec PF-9 Blue/Green
* Savage Bolt .270
* CVA Optima Elite 50 Cal.

A final drawing will be held at the September meeting for a DPMS AR-15 20" Flat Top. The person who sold the winning ticket for this final gun will receive a Bersa Thunder 380 pistol. If you are a member and would like a chance to win the Bersa Thunder 380, you can pick up a block of tickets to sell from Jeanne C at any upcoming meeting.

The first winner for 2009 is one of our life members, Tom G. He chose the Savage Bolt 270. His ticket (# 0521) was sold by Claudia E. and drawn at the February membership meeting.

Our March drawing winner in was member Chuck M., who took home the Taurus 24/7 Pro .40 S&W 4". The winning ticket was sold by Kenneth Dennis.

Robert W, another member, had his ticket chosen in the April drawing. He chose the Kel-Tec PF-9. Robert bought his ticket from Jeanne Clotfelter.
